As I look back on 2025, I’m incredibly proud of what we accomplished together. This was a year where data, analytics, and AI moved from “interesting” to mission-critical for organizations across every industry. And for us at Evolution Analytics, it reaffirmed something fundamental: when you align a modern data foundation to real business goals, you can deliver measurable, sustained ROI.

I’m deeply grateful for the clients who trusted us with their most important data and AI challenges, the partners who helped extend our impact, and the team members whose dedication made this year possible. That trust is exactly why we continue to double down on what we do best: building modern data, analytics, and AI solutions on the Snowflake platform.

• We held a 92% client retention rate, something I’m genuinely grateful to see.
• Customer satisfaction stayed strong at 95%, thanks to the trust you continue to place in us.
• And we hit 100% on time and on budget, which speaks to the team’s discipline and commitment.

Growing in the Right Ways

To keep pace with the growing demand for AI-driven data strategy and Snowflake-powered solutions, we added new talent across both our sales team and our delivery organization. 

We also expanded our footprint with a new Boston office, strengthening our presence in the Northeast and meeting clients where they are.

What Made Me Proud Beyond the Work

One moment that truly stood out this year didn’t happen in a boardroom or a data workshop. It happened in Washington, D.C., where two members of our team completed the St. Jude Rock ’n’ Roll Half Marathon to raise awareness for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Their drive, their heart, and even their follow-up Power BI dashboard (because of course they built one) reflect the spirit of this team… a spirit I’m incredibly grateful for.

Sharing What We Learn

Our monthly newsletter, Data + AI Perspectives: Above the Noise, continued to grow and spark meaningful conversations. Articles this year reached more than 2,400 views, and the engagement reinforced why sharing insights matters.

With AI moving so quickly, it’s easy to get lost in the noise. My focus in 2026 is helping you stay grounded in what matters.

When I think about the year ahead, the theme is simple: it’s time to turn AI ambition into AI outcomes.
